To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Diploma level qualification in Facility Management or similar;
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar facility/property management role;
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, in businesses undergoing rapid growth;
  • Self-motivation, able to work with minimal supervision;
  • Understanding of leases and property management;
  • Ability to work to deadlines while delivering quality outcomes;
  • Strong PC and administration skills;
  • Exemplary communication skills;
  • Understanding of safety regulations and legislations;
  • Understanding of ISO 27001 and 9001;
  • Experience with coordination of building trades and contract management;
  • Experience with Property maintenance software;
  • An Open Drivers Licence;
  • Flexibility for some travel as required.
