Your New Role

As a Coordinator, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of site inspections, reports, and contract administration. You will work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed reports on findings
  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Review and interpret civil drawings and specifications
  • Assist in preparing project schedules and budget plans
  • Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
  • Assist in preparing contract documents and administer contracts
  • Provide technical support to project teams as required
Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in civil infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
  • Experience in contract administration and project management
  • Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
