Site Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out per the design and specifications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a site engineering role, particularly on construction projects in water infrastructure.

This role requires a solid performer with professional acumen and exceptional communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring site progress, ensuring construction compliance in the field, working closely with site supervision and subcontractors.

  • Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out per the design and specifications.

  • Assist with the development of scope of works and contracts for sub-contractors, managing and approving variations.
  • Attend and participate in HAZOPs, SiD reviews, CHAIR's and other workshops as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
