We are seeking a skilled and experienced Drill Site Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating advanced drill rigs, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:\

• Operate Sandvik DP1500i, DI650i, and Epiroc D65 rigs, adjusting techniques to suit ground conditions.\
• Maintain clean and safe drill patterns, performing pre-start checks and basic maintenance as required.\
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet production targets and adhere to safety procedures.\
• Monitor and report on equipment performance and make recommendations for improvement.\
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.\
• Contribute to a positive team culture by promoting a safe and healthy work environment.\
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.\
• Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors, peers, and clients.\
• Provide input on improvements to processes and procedures.\

Requirements:\

• Valid C Class Driver's Licence.\
• Clean national police clearance.\
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.\
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\
• Diploma or Certificate III in Drilling Operations or related field.\
• Experience in operating advanced drill rigs and maintaining drill patterns.\
• Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
• Results-driven and goal-oriented with a focus on achievement.\
