Job Title: Drill Site Specialist
\We are seeking a skilled and experienced Drill Site Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating advanced drill rigs, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and productivity.
\Key Responsibilities:\

- Operate Sandvik DP1500i, DI650i, and Epiroc D65 rigs, adjusting techniques to suit ground conditions.\
- Maintain clean and safe drill patterns, performing pre-start checks and basic maintenance as required.\
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet production targets and adhere to safety procedures.\
- Monitor and report on equipment performance and make recommendations for improvement.\
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.\
- Contribute to a positive team culture by promoting a safe and healthy work environment.\
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.\
- Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors, peers, and clients.\
- Provide input on improvements to processes and procedures.\

Requirements:\

- Valid C Class Driver's Licence.\
- Clean national police clearance.\
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.\
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\
- Diploma or Certificate III in Drilling Operations or related field.\
- Experience in operating advanced drill rigs and maintaining drill patterns.\
- Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
- Results-driven and goal-oriented with a focus on achievement.\
