Are you passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their career and financial objectives?

This role involves coaching customers to set and achieve their goals, while meeting the requirements of an employment service provider.

  • Assist diverse customers in overcoming personal and professional challenges
  • Deliver coaching to improve employability skills, confidence and career planning
  • Find suitable employment opportunities for customers and advocate on their behalf
  • Refer customers to internal and external support for housing, mental health and financial counselling
  • Provide additional mentoring and support during the first six months of employment

Key Responsibilities: Document customer information and progress accurately within organizational systems

About You: To be successful in this role, you will require a passion for helping others, self-motivation, inclusivity, and open-mindedness. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong administration skills and IT literacy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
