Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Job Coach to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify their career goals and aspirations, providing guidance and support to help them achieve sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individualized coaching sessions to assist clients in developing job-readiness skills.
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients.
  • Place participants into sustainable employment, ensuring all activity is recorded and adheres to compliance requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the process.

Requirements:

No prior employment services experience necessary; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Candidates should possess:

Experience in customer-facing roles or similar industries.Confidence in liaising with external and internal stakeholders.Ability to work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).A genuine passion for helping others and contributing to a supportive work environment.
