Empowerment Coach

Sustainable employment and education require a dedicated professional who can bridge the gap between job seekers and employers. As an Empowerment Coach, you will provide individually tailored services to empower job seekers, leveraging your expertise to promote their skills and qualifications to local and national employers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare job seekers for employment through various activities and training programs.
  • Place job seekers into sustainable employment opportunities, aligning their skills with labour market needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers to facilitate successful placements and transitions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in providing support, information, and referrals to diverse backgrounds.
  • Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to learn new computer systems quickly and possess Microsoft Office proficiency.
