Nurse Leader for In-Home Care

About the Position
This role involves delivering in-home nursing care services that positively impact individuals and communities. As a senior nurse, you will lead a team of enrolled nurses to create individualized care plans for complex clients.
Responsibilities
- Providing skilled nursing care in a home setting
- Evaluating client needs to identify service requirements
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement care plans
- Contributing to policy development and adherence to clinical governance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience
- 3+ years of community nursing experience (preferred)
- C class driver's license (QLD)
Desirable Skills
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
