Lead Real Estate Finance Origination

This is a unique opportunity to lead the origination of high-quality real estate finance transactions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate finance origination, with strong industry connections and deep expertise in structured finance, credit analysis, and deal structuring for real estate transactions.
Key responsibilities include originating real estate finance transactions across Victoria and nationally, developing and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, brokers, developers, and key market stakeholders, leading deal structuring, negotiations, and execution while ensuring transactions align with strategic objectives.
Requirements:- Proven track record in real estate finance origination.
- Deep expertise in structured finance, credit analysis, and deal structuring for real estate transactions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Strong relationships with developers, brokers, and other market participants.
