About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated finance professional to lead the origination of high-quality real estate finance transactions. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, brokers, developers, and key market stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and originate complex real estate finance transactions across Victoria and nationally
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion
  • Lead deal structuring, negotiations, and execution while ensuring transactions align with our risk-return objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in real estate finance origination with a strong network of industry contacts
  • Deep expertise in structured finance, credit analysis, and deal structuring for real estate transactions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a senior leadership team
  • Strong relationships with key market participants including developers, brokers, and other financial institutions
