We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the origination of real estate finance transactions in a rapidly growing boutique financier.
- Source and originate high-quality real estate finance transactions across Victoria and nationally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, brokers, developers, and key market stakeholders.
- Lead deal structuring, negotiations, and execution while ensuring transactions align with the fund's risk-return objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute the firm's expansion strategy, working closely with leadership to drive business growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the development of innovative financing solutions.
- Represent the firm at industry events, building brand presence and expanding market reach.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in real estate finance origination with strong industry networks.
- Deep expertise in structured finance, credit analysis, and deal structuring for real estate transactions.
- Experience in investment management is preferred, but banking or broking backgrounds will also be considered.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Strong relationships with developers, brokers, and other market participants.
- Passion for business growth, investment performance, and client relationship management.
