Food and Beverage Supervisor Role

The role of a Food and Beverage Supervisor involves overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage outlets. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, upholding policies and procedures, and leading a diverse group of team members to achieve set goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to guest needs and desires promptly, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the supervision of food and beverage outlets as rostered, maintaining efficient inter-department interaction within the hotel.
  • Maintain clean and organized departments, including public areas and store rooms, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Train and develop food and beverage team members to ensure consistent and professional services, aligning with company values.
  • Participate in planning and conducting theoretical and on-the-job training, supporting the growth and development of team members.
  • Comply with hotel policies and procedures, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor reservations systems and cashiering policies, ensuring seamless operational processes.
  • Ensure security and protection of operating equipment and inventory, minimizing risks and losses.
  • Assist other departments or outlets when required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Attend scheduled meetings and perform additional duties as directed by senior management, contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
