Job Title: Supervisor - Food & Beverage Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Time Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee operations at our busy bistro and café.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front-of-house staff and ensure efficient service delivery, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Serve food and ensure customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Supervise cashiers, conduct end-of-day balancing, take orders accurately, manage payments and process transactions efficiently.
  • Oversight of bistro and café service, maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with management to optimise operations and enhance customer satisfaction, achieving exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role or extensive experience within the food and beverage industry is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills are also required, along with the ability to work flexible hours, handle cash and manage financial transactions effectively.
