About the Role
You will lead Supervisors and Technical Specialists (Coordinators) in maintaining compliance with standards, procedures, systems, process, work instructions, and defined mastery verification processes for optimal performance outcomes. Your previous experience in leading large teams and building positive workplace cultures is crucial for your success.
About You
You will possess strong engagement, influencing, and collaboration skills to achieve high-level outcomes with your team. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a culture of care by being a visible safety leader, engaging, developing, and coaching your team;
- Being a motivated, engaged, and supportive people leader;
- Providing input into planning processes with a focus on continuous improvement;
- Having ownership of improvement projects;
- Utilizing strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work across various stakeholders;
- Possessing maintenance experience within a leadership role;
- Tertiary qualifications are desirable, however not essential.
We are open to discussions on roster and location to get the best candidate for the role that will enable team success.
