We are seeking an experienced and skilled florist to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Senior Florist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality floral arrangements and other products for various occasions. You will also provide exceptional customer service and advice to help customers select the perfect flowers and arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create stunning floral designs and arrangements that meet our high standards
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through personalized service and expert advice
  • Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing retail display at all times
  • Participate in day-to-day operations, including inventory management and supporting junior staff members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a florist with a strong understanding of flower types, care, and design techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Creativity and passion for floral design, with the ability to translate ideas into beautiful arrangements
