About The Role

Floral Anthology is seeking an experienced Senior Florist to join our team at our Dapto and Albion Park, store NSW. This is a casual role, offering flexible work hours to fit your lifestyle. As a Senior Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, assisting customers, and contributing to the overall success of our thriving floral business.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Designing and creating high-quality floral arrangements, bouquets, and other products for a variety of occasions
  • Providing exceptional customer service and advice to help customers select the perfect flowers and arrangements
  • Maintaining the retail display and ensuring the shop floor is well-stocked and presented to a high standard
  • Participating in the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management
  • Supporting and mentoring junior florists to develop their skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a florist, with a strong understanding of flower types, care, and design techniques
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide tailored recommendations to clients
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Creativity and a passion for floral design, with the ability to translate ideas into beautiful arrangements
  • A team player attitude and the willingness to support and mentor more junior staff members
