The Role

We are looking for a highly capable electrical assembly expert or licensed electrician who can take ownership of wiring, assembly, and installation of our kiln controllers and electrical elements. You'll be responsible for our electrical section and where we assemble our total system from our state-of-the-art PCB controller to our custom wound electrical elements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete wiring & installation of kiln controllers and electrical systems
  • Build electrical subassemblies, wiring looms, control connection and element installation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems and assembly processes
  • Perform functional testing and troubleshoot before dispatch
  • Maintain safety and quality compliance in all work
  • Support and guide less experienced team members as needed
About You
  • Extensive experience in electrical/electronic assembly or as an industrial electrician
  • Highly skilled in wiring, crimping and assembly
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Methodical, detail-oriented, and takes pride in workmanship
  • Safety-conscious and reliable
  • Trade qualification in Electrical (advantageous but not essential)
  • Current Australian driver's licence
