The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Advisory. A background in accounting and financial operations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for service expansion and upsell.
  • Deliver insights and advice to help clients improve operational efficiency and drive business performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any major issues that arise.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. Experience with digital tooling and workflow platforms, including CRM tools, is highly desirable.
