Case Manager Position

This opportunity involves working within an Intensive Therapeutic Care team, providing case management support to vulnerable children and young people in Sydney.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Experience in trauma-informed care and child protection.
  • Understanding of the ITC model.
  • Clean driving record and vehicle.
