Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead our casework management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and supporting staff in achieving positive outcomes for children, young people, and families.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To engage with children, young people, their families, carers, and other stakeholders in the formulation and implementation of case plans.
  • To support staff in developing strong relationships with children and young people, applying principles of the CARE model in all interactions and collaborating with family members for the well-being of the child or young person.
  • To liaise and partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve service delivery, develop practice, and achieve care goals for children and young people.
  • To conduct assessments, planning, reviews, and referrals for children and young people with complex support needs using endorsed procedures and tools.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A recognised Degree qualification in Social Work, Social Sciences, Psychology, Nursing, or Mental Health, or a recognised Diploma in a related field and working towards a relevant Degree qualification.
  • Experience in assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of case management and client support services.
  • A strong understanding of current casework practices for children and young people, including trauma-informed, permanency-focused, and therapeutic case plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with individuals, families, or groups from a strengths-based and culturally appropriate perspective.
