The People Operations team works closely with broader functions and stakeholders to enhance efficiency, making it easier for employees to focus on their work.

This role drives the day-to-day operations of the People Operations team and reports to the manager based in Sydney.

As a senior people advisor or business partner, you'll own most facets of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation, and have opportunities to work with diverse stakeholders while improving processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve the global onboarding process and voluntary offboarding process.
  • Provide support and guidance across the employee lifecycle.
  • Create engaging tools for self-help and assist with staff performance management, including probation management and performance cases.
  • Own Learning & Development activities and resources, and assist with coaching and upskilling of managers.
  • Manage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and employee records to streamline and automate processes.
  • Stay informed about employment legislation in multiple countries and refine people-related processes accordingly.
  • Assist with cyclical activities like annual and mid-year performance reviews, compensation reviews, and employee engagement surveys.
  • Generate actionable insights through people metrics reporting.
  • Perform other duties within your skills and experience.
