Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing digital and traditional marketing strategies to drive new and repeat guests;">
  • Building hotel awareness, increasing market share, and driving dynamic messaging across multiple mediums;">
  • Monitoring and maintaining the hotel's online and offline presence; and">
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.">

Required skills and qualifications include:

">
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within the hospitality space;">
  • Previous experience in procuring, managing, and leveraging strategic partnerships;">
  • Understanding of traditional, digital, and social marketing methods;">
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills;">
  • Time management, analytic, and problem-solving skills;">
  • Proficiency in MS Office and databases;">
  • Technically proficient in UX experience, conversion optimisation tools, and website platforms;">
  • Project Management experience;">
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud; and">
  • A strong command of both written and spoken English.">
