Senior Marketing Leader

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our regional marketing efforts in Japan. As a Senior Manager, Regional Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive demand, pipeline, and awareness.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in demand generation, field, or partner marketing in a high-growth environment. Strong knowledge of the ANZ market is required, as well as experience working with sales, channel, alliances, and cross-functional marketing teams outside Japan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically plan marketing campaigns and manage the ANZ GTM strategy and execution plans aligned globally to drive quarterly results across segments.
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to share insights, set market priorities, and communicate quarterly plans, performance, and ROI.
  • Leverage localized campaigns and targeted programs in the region aligning with global marketing priorities and execute against a local customer journey.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in demand generation, field, or partner marketing in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the ANZ market.
  • Experience working with sales, channel, alliances, and cross-functional marketing teams outside Japan.

  • Familiarity with the Japanese market.
