Asset Management Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing the full lifecycle of hire fleet assets from inspection to delivery. The ideal candidate will be detail-driven, organized, and passionate about quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of the return-to-dispatch cycle, including inspections, preparation, and quality checks.
- Ensuring on-time, first-time quality standards for customer deliveries.
- Management of asset materials using a kanban system and tracking process improvements.
- Supporting operational teams with small maintenance tasks as required.
- Stock management tasks ensuring accuracy of inventory counts.
- A valid Driver's Licence and Forklift (High Risk) Licence.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and computer literacy skills.
- The ability to plan, prioritize, and motivate small teams in a safe and efficient manner.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- A strong solutions-focused attitude and adaptability to meet competing deadlines.
- Experience in modular building, construction, or resource industries.
- Familiarity with industry-standard products.
