Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset and Order Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining service assets, including tools, test equipment, and tool containers, to ensure availability and functionality for field service specialists.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain service assets to ensure availability and functionality.
  • Develop and implement processes for tracking, maintaining, and repairing service assets to minimize downtime and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate with field service specialists, project management team, and sales team to ensure timely availability and logistical arrangements of required tools and equipment for service operations.
  • Accurately record and report service assets, orders, and inventory levels for management review.
  • Carry out order management for spares, consumables, and tools, including identifying needs, placing orders, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory levels.
  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of spares and consumables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in service asset management and order management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Able to communicate well within the local and regional team.
  • Ability to improvise and willingness to handle unpredictable situations.
