This vacancy is maternity leave relief for an initial period of up to 43 weeks for 38 hours per week; the hours and period of employment may change according to the maternity leave requirements. There is also the possibility of an extension at same / reduced hours.
About the Role: Northern NSW Local Health District has an exciting career opportunity for a Wellbeing and Health In-reach Nurse (WHIN) Coordinator CNS2 to join their team in Lismore. This role is responsible for facilitating identification of health, wellbeing and social needs and the coordination of appropriate early intervention, assessments, and referral to services for school aged children and young people attending designated primary and secondary schools. The WHIN Coordinator works in identified local schools and applies their specialist clinical nursing knowledge, experience and skill in providing complex nursing care for school aged children and young people in these schools.
