**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of managing complex systems, networks, cloud platforms, and information security protocols.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in this field, with a proven ability to operate strategically, drive planning, deliver projects, and ensure operational uptime and performance. They will also have experience working in a global environment, preferably with a background in international infrastructure and cloud operations.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will be an exceptional relationship builder, able to foster strong connections with stakeholders and influence outcomes. They will also have outstanding financial management and budgetary management skills, as well as the ability to manage global vendors and procurement.

The role will involve leading a small team and driving strategy, architecture, and projects across networks, cloud, and security. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing cybersecurity management processes and systems from scratch, including SOC, SIEM, Information Security, and driving security awareness throughout the organization.

The IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Manager will work closely with the CIO, CFO, and IT team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and expansion. They will also be responsible for managing vendor performance, ensuring value for money and quality, and navigating complex international time zones and travel requirements.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications and relevant certifications, such as ISO27001, ISO31000, NIST, COBIT, Prince2, or PMBOK.
