Job Title: Business Insights Analyst

As a key member of the Management Information Desk (MID), you will play a pivotal role in providing centralised business analysis for the APAC region, ensuring timely and accurate decision-making support for senior stakeholders.

Key tasks include preparing feasibilities for new hires and employee exits, restructuring and scenario analysis, new business investment proposals, management of hiring pipelines, and standardising processes and procedures to inform strategic decisions.

Specific responsibilities will include preparing timely and accurate management reports, maintaining contract summary and P&L models, tracking file maintenance, and producing statistics on contracts in aggregated fashion at the request of senior managers.

You will also work closely with HR to ensure contracts are prepared in accordance with guidelines, chase up signed contracts, and maintain a complete database of contracts for easy access.

Additionally, you will prepare post-hire performance analysis, communicate results to management, administer and manage regional hiring pipelines, model and analyse contractual terms, and assist with negotiations.

Other duties may include refreshing and sending monthly management packs to MDs, working with finance to close the General Ledger prior to refresh, and preparing Executive Committee packs for APAC and Group meetings.

  • Ability to work with highly confidential information and be trusted, displaying excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills or ability to learn quickly on the job, must be self-starter
  • Basic understanding of P&L, BS, and Cashflow and understands how a chart of accounts feeds into financial statements
