Key Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading analytics projects with autonomy, defining scope and approach, delivering actionable insights, and making strategic recommendations. You will serve as a thought leader in your domain, creating advanced insights that extend into adjacent areas of expertise and designing best practices that elevate analytics across the organisation.



You will actively support organisational growth by developing and maintaining data models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements, and delivering impactful solutions.



  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Data team, promoting a collaborative environment and enhancing team skills.
  • Lead analytics efforts and projects independently, including defining scope and approach.
  • Manage projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. A strong understanding of data governance, process improvement, and technology adoption is essential.


Additionally, the candidate should have excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with experience in training stakeholders and promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.
