Business Intelligence Analyst Position

This is a highly sought-after opportunity for an analytical professional to drive business success through strategic decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality insights by translating complex data into clear, actionable findings that inform business decisions.
  • Design and develop high-impact reporting solutions, focusing on key metrics and providing timely data-driven insights.
  • Manage ad hoc requests from multiple business units with speed and accuracy.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and transform data.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business priorities and deliver analytics solutions that meet real business needs.
  • Ensure data quality and reliability in all reports and dashboards.
  • Present insights effectively through compelling visualizations and narratives that are easy to understand for non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in business intelligence, insights, or analytics with a proven ability to influence business outcomes.
  • Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Excellent SQL skills, with experience troubleshooting queries, identifying data gaps, and improving query performance.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to deliver insight-led recommendations that drive business value.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into business-friendly language.
  • A naturally curious mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
