**Job Title:** Head of Identity Lifecycle Management

At our organisation, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead our transition to a Zero Trust security model by implementing a comprehensive Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) program. This is a critical role that will ensure access control aligns with business needs and security requirements, while fostering a culture of least privilege through ongoing training and compliance initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining a robust User Access Review (UAR) process, centralising Identity Governance and administration, and overseeing the onboarding and management of all applications onto the Identity Governance platform. They will also report to the Chief Information Security Officer and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation (IT, Security, Business Units) to understand access needs and define access control policies.

Key skills required for this role include:

  1. 10+ years cyber management consulting experience
  2. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across business and technology staff
  3. Demonstrated experience in delivering communications and training activities
  4. Accredited tertiary qualifications in an Information Technology, Cyber Security, Governance, Business or a related discipline
