Job Title: Strategic Procurement ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Procurement Manager to lead our procurement team in developing and implementing strategic sourcing procurement contracting and supply management strategies and processes.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organisational service provider management policies and processes for consistent and standardised approach and efficiencies in procurement activities.
  • Create service provider management strategy and provide leadership guidance to effectively execute it.
  • Lead research and analysis of market trends best practice to ensure sourcing procurement strategy and approach is current risks are identified and governance frameworks are effective.
  • Provide expert advice to key stakeholders on all aspects of service provider management to encourage innovative practices and support delivery of business outcomes.
  • Prepare annual Modern Slavery Statement and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide resources tools to support effective consistent service provider delivery and management.
  • Assist functional business areas with coordination of Requests for Information RFI and/or Requests for Proposal RFP as required.
  • Identify manage commercial contractual operational financial reputational ethical and supply chain risks to minimise negative impacts on organisational objectives while encouraging opportunity innovation.
  • Deliver reporting activities including but not limited to Preparation of board reports action items policies undertaking research drafting briefing notes creating presentations.
  • Develop maintain regular reporting triggers to support functional business areas.
  • Consult with internal staff external vendors for problem resolution support consultancy.
Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Lead team in accordance with policies laws covering all aspects of human resources management such as recruitment training performance appraisal reward discipline complaint resolution.
  • Involves staff in planning decision making fostering satisfaction growth development.
