Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent/higher as recognized by ACECQA)
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
  • Current and Valid Australian Work Rights

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • A comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard
  • Ability to guide, mentor and support a team of educators, fostering a culture of professional reflection and continuous improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in planning, implementing and evaluating high-quality educational programs
