Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Operations Manager to lead our Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) programs in metropolitan and regional Victoria.

This role provides effective, efficient, and professional operational management of ECEC programs, ensuring high-quality education services that empower children and their families.

About the Role
  • Provide operational management of ECEC programs, including leading and managing the Early Childhood Education Leadership team
  • Embed the Kids First Early Years Model and child safety practices across all programs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage clinical risk and reporting frameworks
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Early Childhood Education Leadership team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program delivery
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve program quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to embed the Kids First Early Years Model and child safety practices
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
