Early Childhood Program Manager

We are seeking dedicated and passionate early childhood professionals to join our team in providing high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-6 years.
This role involves developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues while contributing to the development of curriculum plans and assessments.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility to work within operational hours, and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide educational programs that foster learning and development in children
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to the creation of curriculum plans and assessments
Qualifications: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work within operational hours
- Highly developed Professional Standards
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Framework
- Passion for delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families
