Early Childhood Program Manager

Job Opportunity for Early Childhood Educators
Foster a love of learning in young children and contribute to their growth and development as early childhood educators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs for 3-5 year olds based on the Early Years Learning Framework, ensuring they are engaging, interactive and tailored to individual needs;
- Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues, promoting a welcoming environment that encourages open communication and collaboration;
- Observe and document children's learning, using this information to inform program planning and create individualized learning plans that cater to diverse needs and abilities;
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and supportive learning environment that is conducive to optimal child development;
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to children, assessing progress against milestones and providing constructive guidance to promote growth and achievement;
- Maintain accurate records and comply with legislative requirements and policies related to child safety and welfare;
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in early childhood education, staying up-to-date with best practices and research-informed approaches.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field;
- Current First Aid and CPR certification;
- Valid Working with Children Check;
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Work Details:
- Monday to Friday schedule;
- Work Authorisation: Australia preferred.
