
Corporate Hospitality Professional

We are seeking a skilled hospitality professional to join our corporate catering team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have experience providing exceptional client service and be able to deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThe Boardroom Attendant will be responsible for setting up and resetting meeting rooms, preparing barista-made coffee and delivering beverages for meetings, daily cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines, assisting with meal preparation and service for clients and partners, kitchenhand duties and cleaning, including packing/unpacking dishwashers, and replenishing stock levels and maintaining hygiene standards in the staff kitchenette.
Key Responsibilities- Meeting Room Setup and Reset: Ensure meeting rooms are set up and reset at the conclusion of meetings, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Coffee and Beverage Service: Prepare barista-made coffee and deliver beverages for meetings, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks on coffee machines, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Meal Preparation and Service: Assist with meal preparation and service for clients and partners, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
- Kitchenhand Duties: Perform kitchenhand duties, including cleaning, packing/unpacking dishwashers, and maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Stock Management: Replenish stock levels and maintain hygiene standards in the staff kitchenette.
You will need:
- A commitment to delivering outstanding professional service.
- Barista experience (highly regarded).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- A proactive, collaborative team attitude.
- Experience in a professional environment.
- Current Food Safety and NSW RSA certifications.
