Job Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated hospitality professionals to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in event and hospitality environments, possess excellent customer service skills, and approach challenges with a positive attitude.

This role involves working at a variety of corporate and retail events, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Set up and break down event spaces according to specifications.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including serving food, pouring drinks and clearing tables.
  • Ensure all service areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in hospitality and/or events.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle pressure.
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
