About the Role:

">

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sydney corporate catering team in a permanent full-time capacity. As a Boardroom Attendant, you will work Monday to Friday with a rotating roster, offering set hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Some functions may occur after hours, so flexibility for extended hours during the week is required.

Your Responsibilities:

">

You will be responsible for meeting room setup and reset at the conclusion of meetings, preparing barista-made coffee and delivering beverages for meetings, daily cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines, assisting with meal preparation and service for clients and partners, kitchenhand duties and cleaning, including packing/unpacking dishwashers, and replenishing stock levels and maintaining hygiene standards in the staff kitchenette.

About You:

We are looking for someone with experience in hospitality, providing excellent client service daily. Previous experience in professional service firms or corporate catering is highly regarded. You should be professionally presented, friendly, flexible, and take pride in your work.

To succeed in this role, you will need a commitment to delivering outstanding professional service, barista experience, excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication at all levels, ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion, strong organisational and prioritisation skills, a proactive, collaborative team attitude, experience in a professional environment, and current Food Safety and NSW RSA certifications.
