Job Summary:

This role involves coordinating guest arrivals, ensuring seamless lobby experiences, and providing support to the Reception and Switchboard teams. You will also be responsible for same-day catering and equipment requirements, as well as managing bookings and reservations through MRBS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all guest arrivals and lobby hosting for a smooth arrival experience
  • Offer assistance and support to the Reception and Switchboard teams, including handling complaints, feedback, and standards delivery
  • Rotate across locations as required and oversee daily operations
  • Coordinate same-day catering, audio-visual, and equipment requirements requested by clients
  • Manage bookings, cancellations, and amendments through MRBS
  • Support Guest Relations Executives with administrative duties and project work as needed
Requirements:
  • Possess strong organisational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Demonstrate exceptional personal presentation
  • Exhibit complaint handling skills, resolving problems promptly and professionally
  • Hold relevant experience in a corporate or five-star hotel environment, or event management
  • Possess administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Zoom, Excel, Outlook)
