Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Energy & Resources leadership team to drive improvements in business performance and employee engagement
  • Manage the delivery of process improvement activities to ensure Sodexo's KPIs and SLA standards are met
  • Support talent and performance management processes, including performance appraisals, career management, and succession planning
  • Provide training needs inputs to support the L&D strategy
  • Project manage people activities relating to mobilisations and demobilisations
  • Be a driver and advocate of Employee Engagement, devising and implementing local engagement improvement activities
  • Manage and support HR-related projects, including providing implementation support to Global, Regional, and National projects
  • Support change management programs and initiatives within the business

Requirements:

  • Relevant HR tertiary qualifications and technical skills & knowledge across range of HR disciplines
  • In-depth understanding of employee engagement drivers and improvement methodologies
  • Commercial focus and ability to understand the contract services environment
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation with ability to influence, participate in several teams, collaborate positively, and feedback appropriately
  • Considered approach to change management and willingness to work in a solution-oriented mindset
