As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and improving employee engagement. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Energy & Resources leadership team to drive improvements in business performance and employee engagement
- Manage the delivery of process improvement activities to ensure Sodexo's KPIs and SLA standards are met
- Support talent and performance management processes, including performance appraisals, career management, and succession planning
- Provide training needs inputs to support the L&D strategy
- Project manage people activities relating to mobilisations and demobilisations
- Be a driver and advocate of Employee Engagement, devising and implementing local engagement improvement activities
- Manage and support HR-related projects, including providing implementation support to Global, Regional, and National projects
- Support change management programs and initiatives within the business
Requirements:
- Relevant HR tertiary qualifications and technical skills & knowledge across range of HR disciplines
- In-depth understanding of employee engagement drivers and improvement methodologies
- Commercial focus and ability to understand the contract services environment
- Experience working in a matrix organisation with ability to influence, participate in several teams, collaborate positively, and feedback appropriately
- Considered approach to change management and willingness to work in a solution-oriented mindset
