Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Frontline Retail WA. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations: Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Customer Experience: Provide personalized, high-end service to customers, building strong relationships and ensuring an unforgettable luxury experience.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Staff Development: Take an active role in staff development, helping to identify training needs and providing support to ensure ongoing growth and performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in an Assistant Store Manager role or similar, ideally within jewellery retail.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the store team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Product Knowledge: A passion for luxury jewellery, with a keen understanding of the market and product knowledge.
  • Operational Skills: Experience in store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
