Senior Total Rewards Specialist

We're seeking a highly analytical Senior Total Rewards Specialist to join our EMEA Total Rewards team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading total rewards projects with a strong focus on participating in the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.


About the Role:
  • Lead total rewards projects with emphasis on implementing the EU Pay Transparency Directive for 15 different legal entities across EMEA.
  • Evaluate current Total Rewards policies and programs against internal and external market best practices, recommending harmonization and alignment to ensure pay equity requirements are met.
  • Support the preparation of internal audit on existing pay equity position for each of the 15 different legal entities, identifying gaps to the legislation and planning how to close them.
