About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our EMEA Total Rewards team in a challenging and dynamic position.

Job Description:

The Senior Total Rewards Specialist will play a key role in implementing best-in-class total rewards projects, providing technical support to business managers and HR teams across multiple Operating Companies. The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation analysis and reporting, with the ability to evaluate current total rewards policies and programs against internal and external market best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the EU Pay Transparency Directive for 15 legal entities in 4 Operating Companies, focusing on compensation analysis and reporting.
  • Evaluate current total rewards policies and programs against internal and external market best practices, recommending harmonization and alignment to ensure pay equity requirements.
  • Support internal audits on existing pay equity positions for each legal entity, identifying gaps to legislation and planning closures.
  • Implement new pay transparency reporting tools to meet individual employees' requests for statements and position comparisons.
  • Serve as Total Rewards Subject Matter Expert (SPOC) for Romania, handling business requests for compensation and benefits management.
  • Build strong relationships with Total Rewards, People, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Country legislation for all total rewards programs and policies.
  • Review and update Benefits and Recognition programs, policies, and procedures according to company requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits in a multinational environment.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably WorkDay, working knowledge of Total Rewards systems and tools is a plus: Payscale MarketPay, Darwin, AskNow, job evaluation methodologies.
  • High level of proficiency in HR analytics and data interpretation.
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy.
  • Understanding and awareness of compensation and benefits trends and statutory requirements in the EMEA region and globally.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English required, reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Proactivity and sense of ownership.
