The Total Rewards team is undergoing a transformation to build a best-in-class organization, supporting multiple Operating Companies across the globe. As a Senior Specialist, you will be focused on total rewards projects with an emphasis on participating in the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Participate in the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive for various legal entities across EMEA, focusing on compensation analysis and reporting.">
  • Evaluate current Total Rewards policies and programs against market best practices, recommending harmonization and alignment to ensure pay equity requirements are met.">
  • Support internal audits on existing pay equity positions for each legal entity, identifying gaps and planning how to close them.">
  • Prepare detail cost models by Location.">
  • Implement new pay transparency reporting tools to meet individual employee requests for statements and position to peers.">
  • Act as Total Rewards SPOC for Romania, handling business requests for compensation and benefits management.">
  • Build lasting relationships within Total Rewards, People, and key stakeholders.">
  • Handle employee Total Rewards restructuring (e.g., due to relocation) according to internal policies and programs.">
  • Ensure compliance with country legislation for all Total Rewards programs and policies.">
  • Review and update Benefits and Recognition programs, policies, and procedures.">

Requirements:

">
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits in a multinational environment.">
  • Proficiency in MS-Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.">
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably WorkDay, working knowledge of Total Rewards systems and tools is a plus.">
  • High-level proficiency in HR analytics and data interpretation.">
  • Strong attention to details and high level of accuracy.">
  • Understanding and awareness of compensation and benefits trends and statutory requirements in the EMEA region and globally.">
  • Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Proficiency in English required, reading, writing, and speaking.">
  • Proactivity and sense of ownership.">
