Job Opportunity

Lead daily breakfast operations to maintain consistent, high-quality standards and ensure exceptional customer service.

Collaborate with Front Office team members to manage guest needs and resolve any issues that may arise.

Deliver efficient and attentive service to meet the highest expectations of our customers.

Manage inventory levels and control stock orders related to breakfast service.

Prepare and submit detailed reports on a daily basis, ensuring accurate reconciliation of breakfast service activities.

Operate and maintain espresso machine equipment, ensuring optimal performance and hygiene standards.

Oversee presentation and replenishment of guest amenities during breakfast service.

Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in food and beverage roles.
  • Current RSA certificate.
  • Experience with POS systems like Infrasys Cloud highly regarded.
  • Basic knowledge of PMS systems like Opera Cloud an asset.
  • Strong focus on guest service with excellent attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and leadership skills.
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
