**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Workshop Supervisor, you will lead a team of tradesmen in a busy workshop environment. Your key responsibilities include providing guidance, support and direction to ensure efficient workflow. You will engage in hands-on work, participating in the manufacturing of equipment and managing daily workshop operations. Additionally, you will maintain project-related documentation, study fabrication drawings, plan production processes, keep track of manufacturing progress and report any issues.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of three years previous workshop experience, relevant trade qualification and manufacturing industry experience. You should also demonstrate knowledge and previous experience in a manufacturing workshop environment. A developed mechanical understanding of height safety equipment manufacturing is highly regarded but not essential. Other requirements include excellent technical ability, strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent knowledge of Aluminium and Steel manufacturing/fabrication processes, ability to manage both hands-on and supervisory responsibilities, familiarity with safety regulations and commitment to a safe working environment, passion and positive attitude to deliver best outcome for internal/external customers, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
