Job Opportunity
The Role AwaitsWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our high performing Customer Experience team in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and launch targeted campaigns to existing customers via various channels - email, SMS, outbound calls, and website.
- Plan and execute customer-centric strategies from designing end-to-end customer journeys and propositions to messaging, campaign strategy, and continuous optimisation based on data and feedback.
- Manage campaign execution, oversee timelines, risks, and communicate clearly with internal teams.
- Act as the main stakeholder contact to secure approvals, develop go-to-market plans, and ensure seamless campaign delivery.
To succeed in this role you will require:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a BTL campaign focused role with a focus on retention and customer experience.
- Experience working within financial services or a regulated environment is essential.
- Good attention to detail as well as resilience and adaptability.
- Proven experience and comfort working around tactical execution and end-to-end campaign thinking.
