Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Campaign Strategist to join our Melbourne-based team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging experiences for our supporters.

This role entails strategic planning, precise execution, and insightful analysis of digital communications across assigned initiatives. You will provide expert guidance and mentorship to your colleagues, focusing on navigating operational and technical intricacies of campaign delivery and execution.

The core objective is to craft, optimize, and deliver successful campaigns that drive acquisition, deepen engagement, and foster retention. This must be done while upholding our brand integrity and data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft, optimize, and deliver campaigns across our digital channels (email, SMS, push) for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to your colleagues.
  • Plan and execute initiatives across our global markets.
  • Analyse performance data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.

This role requires:

  • 5+ years of email marketing experience utilising an enterprise marketing automation platform.
  • Highly analytical and able to derive actionable insights from data through experimentation.
  • Experience coaching team members on campaign technical skills and industry best practice.
  • Experience working collaboratively with teams across locations and time zones.
  • Basic HTML skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Works well under pressure and with deadlines.
  • Above average attention to accuracy and detail, with strong organisational skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • High degree of self-motivation and initiative.
