Senior Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Middle Leader to join our Academic Leadership team as the Senior Operations Manager. This role will involve playing a crucial part in the day-to-day running of the Senior School, including exam blocks, NAPLAN, Academic Awards, and Photo Days.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate and interact with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders. Advanced IT competency in the use of timetabling software, learning management systems, and Microsoft programs is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Prep – Year 12 annual timetable.
  • Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders.
  • Accommodate requests where possible while meeting operational requirements.
Requirements:

A current Queensland College of Teachers Registration (QCT) is a mandatory requirement for this position. The successful candidate will also need to have advanced IT competency and excellent communication skills.
